    Subject-Verb Agreement (主谓一致)
    Definition(定义): 主语和____语在人称和___上必须保持一致。
    (一)Rules:
    1. 语法一致原则:即___语单复数决定谓语动词的单复数形式 (即主语是单数,谓语用____数,主语是____数,谓语用复数。)
    2. 意义一致原则:即谓语动词的数必须和主语的意义一致(因有时主语形式为单数,但意义为复数;有时形式为复数,但意义为单数)
    3. 就近一致原则:即谓语动词用单数形式还是用复数形式,取决于最靠近他的____语。
    (二)分类讲解
    一、语法一致原则
    1、单数主语,不定式,_______ 或从句作主语时,谓语动词用______.
    ① Xu Yuzhu is studying English.
    ② To say is one thing, but to do is another.
    ③ Seeing is believing.
    ④ Who will do the job has not been decided yet.
    Note: 当what引导的句子作主语,若后面是 "be +名词"的结构时,谓语随名词变化。

    2、复数名词、代词作主语,谓语动词一般用复数形式

    教学任务:
    主语从句定义:
    主语从句是在复合句中充当主语的从句, 通常放在主句谓语动词之前或由形式主语it代替,而本身放在句子末尾。
    (一) 引导主语从句的连接词有三类:
    ( 1 ) 连词that
    如: That my parents always treat me as a little child makes me unhappy. 我的父母亲总是像对待小孩子那样对我让我很不开心。
    连词whether。
    如: Whether my parents will be happy at this exam result is still unknown. 我的父母是否会满意我的考试结果还不清楚。
    ( 2 ) 连接代词who, whom, whose, what, which, whoev er, whatever , whichever等
    如:What our parents like is our good study result.
    父母亲喜欢的是我们学习成绩好。
    Whoever loves their children will be loved by their children.
    爱孩子的父母会被孩子爱。
    ( 3 ) 连接副词 where, when, how, why。如:
    How we treat our children is worth thinking.
    我们怎样对待孩子值得思考。

    引导同位语从句的连接词可分为三类
    从属连词: that, whether
    连接代词:who, which, what
    连接副词:when, where, how, why
    常见跟同位语从句的名词有:
    fact, news, hope, idea, suggestion, thought, question, order, belief, word, promise, truth, opinion, wish等。
    例如:
    They asked me the question whet her the work was worth doing,
    We expressed the hope that they would come and visit China again.

    [ 注意] 在某些名词(如demand, wish, suggestion, order等 )后面的同位语从句要用虚拟语气。即 should + 动词原形,should可省略。
    Eg:There was a suggestion that Brown should be dropped from t he team.

    现在完成时→
    过去完成时 The woman exclaimed, "I has lost control of my son." →
    The woman exclaimed that she had lost control of her son.
    一般过去时→
    过去完成时 Old Ben said, "I experienced the well-known civil war." →
    Old Ben said that he had experienced the well-known civil war.
    过去完成时→
    过去完成时 Carla answered, "I had passed the driving test last year". →
    Carla answered that she had passed the driving test the year before.
